I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) practicing in California, Texas, and Utah, with specialized training in both traditional psychotherapy and creative arts therapies. Through my private practice, Meaning Making, I support high-functioning adults—often in creative professions—who are navigating life transitions and unexpected changes.

My approach is grounded in trauma-informed, relational care, helping clients move through experiences of loss, grief, sex and intimacy, fertility, parenting, aging, and caregiving. Together, we work to strengthen authenticity, compassion, and connection in the midst of change.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked for over ten years as an Art Director in advertising. That time gave me real insight into the pressures and pace of creative industries—something many of my clients experience every day.

I was honored to complete a two year full-time Art Therapy Residency at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. There, I partnered with the Comfort and Palliative Care team to provide bedside therapy for patients and families facing complex medical needs, including support through end-of-life care. I had the privilege of facilitating a monthly art therapy group for trans and non-binary youth.

From 2020 to 2022, I worked as a full-time Clinical Specialist at UCLA Health, supporting post-9/11 veterans from across the country in an Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program. My work there included daily Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), group art therapy, and facilitating caregiver groups focused on the unique challenges faced by spouses and family members of veterans with PTSD.
