Talk Therapy

Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) is a proven treatment for people healing from trauma— including sexual assault, sudden loss, or natural disasters. Over about 12 sessions, CPT helps you understand how trauma has affected your thoughts and gives you tools to shift painful, unhelpful beliefs—so you can feel more grounded, empowered, and in control.

Art therapy is a way to explore your inner world through creativity—no art skills needed. It's not about making something "good," but about using the process to uncover emotions, patterns, and insights that can support healing and growth.
