Simply text or fill out the contact form and Iāll get back to you about scheduling a free 20-minute consultation
During the consultation, you can tell me a little about yourself, your challenges, and whatās important to you. Youāre also encouraged to ask me any questions you have. From there, weāll decide if Iām the right fit for you. If so, weāll schedule your first appointment and get started

Before your first session, I will send you a link to my online portal and have you fill out a series of forms (basic information about you, goals for treatment, current symptoms, privacy practices and informed consent).
In our first session, we will review any questions about the forms and spend some time getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. The first few sessions allow me to understand what has been going on for you and what goals we will address in treatment.

Itās not because I donāt want to be your friend ā I canāt be. Therapy isnāt a friendship, and it doesnāt work if it becomes one. This relationship is intentionally different. Iām not your family, I donāt have expectations of you, and I donāt carry the same personal bias that people in your life might hold. That clarity allows the work to stay focused and useful.
In-person in los angeles and online throughout california.
