For insurance purposes, I am considered an out-of-network provider.
For clients that wish to use their insurance and have out of network coverage, I provide a monthly statement, aka “Superbill” that can be submitted to insurance companies for partial reimbursement. The amount of reimbursement and the amount of any co-payments or deductible depends on the requirements of your specific insurance plan. Everyone’s insurance plan is different.

Simply call, email, or fill out the contact form and I’ll get back to you about scheduling a free 15-minute consultation.
During the consultation, you can tell me a little about yourself, your challenges, and what’s important to you. You’re also encouraged to ask me any questions you have. From there, we’ll decide if I’m the right fit for you. If so, we’ll schedule your first appointment and get started.
-
Before your first session, I will send you a link to my online portal and have you fill out a series of forms (basic information about you, goals for treatment, current symptoms, privacy practices and informed consent).
In our first session, we will review any questions about the forms and spend some time getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. The first few sessions allow me to understand what has been going on for you and what goals we will address in treatment.

I believe a therapist’s relationship to their client is a safe and sacred place. And vice versa. We both have to agree we’re a good team to work together. And if you think someone else might be a better fit, I have an extensive network of therapists to recommend. The free 15-minute consultation is provided for both of us to build a foundation of comfort, understanding and trust.
