I’m considered an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly. That said, many insurance plans do offer out-of-network mental health benefits. If yours does, I can give you a monthly statement (called a “superbill”) to submit for possible reimbursement. It’s worth checking with your insurance provider to see what your plan covers—you might be surprised by what’s available.
