Holding space for you.
After a decade long demanding job as art director in advertising, I decided to blow up my career and seek training in psychology. Fast forward many years, I’m working as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Board Certified Art Therapist.
My time in advertising gave me real insight into the pressures and pace of creative industries—something many of my clients experience every day.
I support adults — often in creative professions — who are navigating life transitions and unexpected changes.
A foundation for our work.
I was honored to complete a two year full-time Art Therapy Residency at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. There, I partnered with the Comfort and Palliative Care team to provide bedside therapy for patients and families facing complex medical needs, including support through end-of-life care. I had the privilege of facilitating a monthly art therapy group for trans and non-binary youth.
From 2020 to 2022, I worked as a full-time Clinical Specialist at UCLA Health, supporting post-9/11 veterans from across the country in an Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program. My work there included daily Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), group art therapy, and facilitating caregiver groups focused on the unique challenges faced by spouses and family members of veterans with PTSD.
In addition to my private practice work, I’m currently a part-time therapist at a Holistic Trauma Treatment Program. Trauma and Beyond Psychological Center provides Intensive Outpatient, Partial/Day Treatment specializing in complex trauma and co-existing disorders.
