It’s important to have a safe, trusting space to process the many emotions that can come with major life changes. Together, we’ll navigate uncertainty, reframe challenges, and draw on your inner strengths and resilience. We’ll develop personalized strategies to help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and stability.
-
Anxiety and depression can become deeply intertwined, affecting how safe, connected, and engaged you feel day to day. In a supportive, nonjudgmental space, we’ll explore your experiences with care and curiosity, identify what may be contributing to your pain, and develop practical tools to help you cope more effectively. Through grounding practices, cognitive strategies, and self-compassion work, you can begin to regain steadiness, relief, and a greater sense of participation in your life.
-
Burnout and creative blocks can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and the things that once inspired you. Together, we’ll explore the deeper patterns contributing to exhaustion and disconnection, while creating space for clarity, renewal, and self-understanding. Our work will focus on restoring energy, reconnecting with purpose, and supporting a more sustainable sense of well-being and creativity.

Let’s approach your experience with medical trauma, chronic illness, or pain with curiosity, compassion, and care. Using a trauma-informed approach, we’ll explore the emotional and physical impact these experiences may have had on your life while practicing mind-body regulation skills and rebuilding a sense of trust in yourself and your story. Healing is rarely linear, so we’ll move at a pace that honors your needs, allowing space for patience, resilience, and meaningful healing over time.

I offer a collaborative and supportive relationship where we can explore self-perceptions, limiting beliefs, and patterns of negative self-talk with curiosity and compassion. Through relational work, we’ll build trust, connection, and greater self-awareness—creating space for meaningful growth, deeper insight, and lasting change.

Caregiving is often overlooked—not only by others, but by caregivers themselves. When caring for a loved one begins to take up more space than your own life, it’s easy to lose touch with your identity, needs, and sense of self. Whether you’re supporting an aging parent, an ill partner, or a child with sensory or emotional challenges, caregiving can become emotionally and physically exhausting.
Together, we’ll explore your experience with compassion and honesty, including the weight of responsibility you may be carrying. We’ll work to understand what is within your control, what is not yours to hold, and how to create space for your own needs, boundaries, and well-being. We’ll also make room to grieve the realities of the role you’ve found yourself in, while slowly reconnecting you with a stronger sense of self beyond caregiving.

I help clients process traumatic memories, reduce fear and avoidance, and improve daily functioning using Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), an evidence-based treatment typically completed in 9–12 sessions. CPT helps clients identify and shift unhelpful beliefs related to trauma so they can move forward with greater confidence, safety, and emotional balance.

Grief and loss are deeply personal experiences, and there is no “right” way to navigate them. Often, people feel pressure from others’ expectations about how they should react or move forward. In a judgment-free space, you can explore your experience of loss with curiosity and compassion, while gaining insight into how it may be impacting your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs.

Healthy relationships of any kind—whether with a partner, friend, family member, child, or even yourself—depend on foundational skills that many of us were never taught: communication, boundaries, trust, and listening. When these areas begin to break down, relationships can start to feel confusing, disconnected, or unhealthy. Together, we can explore your thoughts, behaviors, and relationship patterns with curiosity and without judgment, helping you gain insight into both the patterns that support connection and the ones that may be causing harm or keeping you stuck.
